The process in detail
- Assign: You log into your reseller account, pick a free GBID from your contingent and assign it to the customer by simply entering their email address. No paperwork, no password! Nothing can be lost, forgotten or assigned twice.
- Collect payment: Your customer buys and pays for their product (including the GBID) at your shop.
- Settle: Once the customer has paid, you pay for the GBID at GLOBALBACK.
- Activation & customer info: The GBID is then activated and the customer is informed directly by GLOBALBACK via email.
- Your records: At the same time, you receive an invoice from GLOBALBACK marked “already paid” for your files.
